COLORJET provides installation, calibration and basic operator training according to product type and service package.
Warranty service applies according to invoice, agreement and product category. Consumables, misuse and external damage may be excluded.
Non-warranty service, spare parts replacement, emergency visit and advanced maintenance may be chargeable.
Customer must maintain proper environment, electricity, ink quality, routine cleaning and machine operation as instructed.
