Delete COLORJET Account or Data

This public request page covers the COLORJET Management Suite Android app (com.colorjetbd.managementsuite), www.colorjetbd.com, the website AI Business Assistant, quotation or service inquiries and CRM communications. The app does not need to be installed to submit a request.

Prepare the request

Provide your full name, the account email or phone number you control, and select either “Account and associated data” or “Data only”. Add a quotation or service reference when available. Do not submit a password, payment-card information or national identification document.

Submit the form

Complete the form below using the same email or phone number connected to the account or submitted information. A public request reference is issued after successful submission.

Complete identity verification

COLORJET Bangladesh verifies control of the supplied email or phone number before accessing, correcting or deleting data. This protects users from unauthorised requests.

Deletion and confirmation

Verified eligible requests are normally completed within 30 days. Depending on the request, deletion may cover the app account and credentials, account profile, quotation or inquiry submissions, service requests, AI lead/profile records and associated operational records that are not required for a lawful purpose.

Financial, tax, invoice, warranty, contract, fraud-prevention, dispute and security records may be retained only for the applicable business or legal period. COLORJET will restrict or minimise retained information where appropriate. A minimal non-identifying deletion-request reference and completion status may remain for up to 180 days for security and audit purposes.
