Payment Confirmation Request

Use this form after making a deposit, advance or booking payment through an official approved channel. Provide customer/company name, mobile, quotation or order reference, amount, payment date, bank/channel and transaction reference, then attach only the relevant payment proof. Do not send a PIN, password, OTP, full card number or unrelated identity document. The Accounts team verifies the receipt against official records before the order or booking is confirmed.
